HTC One the new flagship model for HTC

HTC One is among the top picks for Smartphone enthusiasts in comparison to the available Smartphones in the market. The introduction of the new software has given it an even better edge in the current market scenario.

The full-HD 4.7 inch screen with 468ppi definitively gives the One a sharp picture quality preferred by the users. The combination of the CPU and RAM is also quite good to provide better access to multitasking features, without slowing it down. Although the One does not have an external memory slot, but the built in 32GB storage capacity is enough to make up for the loss. With high quality Bluetooth, 3G/4G connectivity and WI-Fi network also meets the demands of the regular Smartphone users.

Launch:

The launch of HTC One was first announced on February 2013 as the flagship model for HTC succeeding the 2012 flagship model One X. HTC One stands out from the competition with the special emphasis on hardware.

Major Features:

HTC One features anunibody aluminum frame, a custom image sensor and also has the ability to generate auto media montages. It also features an electronic program guide app which makes it serve as a remote control with the help of the IR blaster present in the power button of the device.

The quality design and the high density picture quality of the device make it a popular choice. The unique new features and the overall performance ratio along with the user experience makes the device distinctive from the earlier HTC devices.

The One comes with a Quantum Core 1.7GHz processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelley Bean with a planned update to 4.4 (kitkat). It also has several sensors, including accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass.

The design of the phone is quite impressive and is thinner than its predecessor. However, it is not lightweight because of its metallic chassis, but offers a premium build and weighs a bit more than its competition. The dual front facing speakers allow boom sound quality along with an active noise cancellation with dedicated mic. The power button on the top of the devices doubles as an IR Blaster which works as a remote as well.

The HTC One comes in five different colors, black, silver, red, blue and gold. It also comes with a 25GB Dropbox cloud storage. It has a battery life endurance rating of 48 hours. It has a primary 4MP 2688 x 1520 pixels with autofocus and optical image stabilization and a secondary 2.1MP camera with 1080p@30fps, HRD.
